ORCKA Brief to Senate Committee regarding elements dealing with the Navigable Waters Protection Act (Part-7) of Bill C-10

On Thursady May 7, 2009, ORCKA's Vice President Corporate Development, Jim Wood, gave a very detailed and passionate presentation regarding the concerns sourounding the updating of the Navigable Waters Protection Act. This was done in Ottawa on behalf of the ORCKA membership and Ontario paddlers to the Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resourses.
